FBL - Frank Belknap Long

In my room at night I have talked with the Doels. And in dreams I have seen their maker. I have stood on the dim shore beyond time and matter and seen it. It moves through strange curves and outrageous angles. Someday I shall travel in time and meet it face to face.

FBL Gift - Frank Belknap Long, The Gift of Lycanthropy (Chapter XII of the round-robbin novel Ghor, Kin-Slayer: The Saga of Genseric's Fifth-Born Son, by Robert E. Howard, et al. West Warwick, RI: Necronomicon Press, 1997.)

A fragment by Robert E. Howard inspired this novel by seventeen authors about a Hyborian-age warrior named Ghor and his many acts of slaughter and vengeance. Frank Belknap Long's chapter introduces some Mythos elements. The later chapters by modern authors add more references to Cthugha and the Hounds of Tindalos. As most of the writers are too recent to have been in the Lovecraft circle, I have indexed only Long's chapter, and specifically only the Mythos elements from that chapter.
