Darkness

According to Lovecraft's family tree, the Darkness was an offspring of Azathoth, and an ancestor of Shub-Niggurath [HPL Family (online text)].

The family tree does not show any spouse or partner for the Darkness. Probably the Darkness was asexual or bisexal and was the sole parent of Shub-Niggurath.
